We have designed our services to support clients, contractors and design teams in meeting the demands of the evolving regulations with a clearly defined set of core services for each RIBA stage.
We complement these core services with wider fire engineering services, such as CFD modelling which other consultancies may not be able to provide.
Alternatively, we can scrutinise a design and act as an impartial third-party reviewer for a scheme.
Our team possesses the Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Behaviours (SKEB) required under the Building Safety Act, enabling us to adapt our services to suit the unique needs of every project and deliver proportionate, compliant solutions.
Our services have been developed by listening to our clients, and understanding what they are missing from other consultancies. We co-ordinate with the rest of the design team. We review technical details, passive and active fire protection measures and pass comments on those designs.
We visit site to inspect the building and the installation of the fire safety measures.
